Federated Mutual Insurance Company's Motion for Leave to Intervene is GRANTED. Good cause appearing, the court grants Federated Mutual Insurance Company's leave to intervene as a defendant in this action on Behalf of Defendant Guillermo Jose Deleon-Orozco. (See Code of Civil Procedure section 387(d)(1)(B).)

Federated Mutual Insurance Company shall file its answer in intervention forthwith, but no later than 20 days after entry of this order. Federated Mutual Insurance Company should present this order at the time it submits its answer in intervention for filing.

The court notes Plaintiff's conditions on her response. The court declines to impose conditions on intervention. Trial is five months out. The court notes concerns regarding discovery deadlines and trial dates must be addressed to Department 206.

Federated Mutual Insurance Company must lodge by email to contestdept302tr@sftc.org no later than 8:30 am on 8/8/2025 a proposed order quoting the above text verbatim.
