The court DISMISSES the entire action pursuant to the notice of settlement, subject to the court's jurisdiction to enforce the settlement pursuant to CCP 664.6 if applicable.

Plaintiff filed a notice of unconditional settlement. Pursuant to California Rule of Court 3.1385(b), the court must dismiss the entire case 45 days after the notice of unconditional settlement, unless good cause is shown why the case should not be dismissed.

No party filed any documents in advance of the compliance hearing to advise the court that the matter should not be dismissed. Accordingly, the entire action is dismissed with prejudice pursuant to the notice of settlement.
