The Court orders the following after review of the case.

A Notice of Settlement was filed on 3/10/26.

A request for dismissal has not been filed even though over 45 days have passed. On 3/12/26, the Court set a compliance hearing o dismiss this action if Plaintiff does not do so.

Neither party filed a case management statement or status update advising the Court. As such, no cause has been shown why the Court should not dismiss this action pursuant to Rules of Court, rule 3.1385.

Any delay in performance of the settlement agreement or any delay in payment or installment payment arrangements of settlement funds does not preclude dismissal without prejudice because the Court retains jurisdiction to enforce the settlement.

Pursuant to Rules of Court, rule 3.1385(b), (c), this case is DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE, subject to the court retaining jurisdiction to enforce the settlement pursuant to Code Civ. Proc. § 664.6(e).

Clerk is directed to serve copies of this order, with proof of service, to counsel and to selfrepresented parties of record.
