Tentative Ruling - 08/05/2026 Jenna Whitman

ORDER RE: COMPLIANCE

The Court has ordered the following after review of the case.

No objections or requests for ruling on specified issues were filed in response to the Court's Tentative and Preliminary Statement of Decision issued on 7/17/2026. Thus, the Statement of Decision is now final. (Code Civ. Proc., § 632; Cal. Rules of Court, rule 3.1590, subd. (c).)

The Court has reviewed and approves of Plaintiff's calculations of prejudgment interest. No objection to those calculations have been received.

Plaintiff's proposed judgment was served on Defendant on 8/2/2026. This compliance review is therefore CONTINUED, as set forth below. (Cal. Rules of Court, rule 3.1590, subd. (j).) (The court notes a typographical error in item 5.a., which the Court will correct, prior to entry.)

The Compliance Hearing nonappearance/monitoring scheduled for 08/10/2026 is continued to 08/17/2026 at 04:00 PM in Department 25 at Rene C. Davidson Courthouse.

Clerk is directed to serve copies of this order, with proof of service, to counsel and to selfrepresented parties of record.
