Defendant's Motion to Quash Service of Summons or Stay or Dismiss is GRANTED. Service of summons is quashed. As this Court already ruled on June 10, 2025 with regard to the OSC Re: Preliminary Injunction, "the Court required Plaintiff to personally serve the Complaint, Summons, and moving papers. Plaintiff's substitute service without a declaration of diligence is thus improper." The Court also finds that the purported service to a Post Box Inc. address in Pacifica was improper. =(501/VMH)
