SF Superior Court - Real Property / Housing Dept 501 - CUD26682888 - August 10, 2026 Hearing date: August 10, 2026 Case number: CUD26682888 Case title: ESSEX PORTFOLIO LP VS. NICHOLAI DIACHKOFF ET AL Case Number: | | CUD26682888 | Case Title: | | ESSEX PORTFOLIO LP VS. NICHOLAI DIACHKOFF ET AL | Court Date: | | 2026-08-10 09:30 AM | Calendar Matter: | | MOTION TO QUASH SERVICE OF SUMMONS OR STAY OR DISMISS | Rulings: | | Real Property/Housing Court Law and Motion Calendar for August 10, 2026. Line 11.

DEFENDANT ALEXEI DIACHOFF (SUED AS DOE 1) MOTION TO QUASH SERVICE OF SUMMONS OR STAY OR DISMISS is GRANTED. Notice of non-opposition filed. Any purported service on Alexei Diachoff as of August 6, 2026 is quashed.

The Court notes that Alexei Diachoff was not named as a party to this action and, as this motion is being granted, has not made a general appearance in this action. Plaintiff filed two Proofs of Service of Summons on August 3, 2026, neither of which purports to reflect service on Alexei Diachoff or any specific person designated as "Doe 1." As only service on Alexei Diachoff is quashed, this ruling has no effect on the service reflected in the Proofs of Service of Summons on file.

Alexei Diachoff's counsel is admonished to comply with LRSF 2.7B by providing courtesy copies of all papers filed in connection with any and all future motions.=(501/CFH)
