Background

On December 24, 2024, Plaintiff Salvador Lara Flores ("Plaintiff") filed the instant action against Defendant General Motors, LLC ("Defendant") and Does 1-100. On January 27, 2025, Defendant filed an Answer. On May 28, 2025, Plaintiff filed Notice of Conditional Settlement of the Entire Case. On July 10, 2026, Plaintiff filed the instant Motion for Attorneys' Fees, Costs, and Expenses (the "Motion"). On September 1, 2026, Plaintiff filed a Reply to Defendant's Opposition. No Opposition has been filed.

II. Procedural Issues As an initial matter, the Court notes that while Plaintiff filed a Reply to Defendant's Opposition, there is no Opposition from Defendant regarding the Motion in the Court's docket. The Court may not consider or rule on a party's opposing brief that is not in the record. Given the Reply filed regarding Defendant's Opposition, the Motion is CONTINUED to allow Defendant an opportunity to file its Opposition to the Motion with the Court. III.
