Defendant City and County of San Francsico's unopposed Motion To Collect Security Bond is GRANTED IN SUBSTANTIAL PART. Pursuant to Code of Civil Procedure sections 391, 391.1, 391.3 and 996.440, as well as Singh v. Lipworth (2005) 132 Cal.App.4th 40, and good cause appearing, the Court Executive Officer shall forthwith and upon proper presentation of this Order remit the $2,000 undertaking deposited by Plaintiff Janet Tapia on Feb. 14, 2023, to the City and County of San Francsico. The motion is denied to the extent Moving Party seeks additional or different relief.
