Defendant P.E. O'Hair & Co., erroneously sued as Westburne Supply, Inc.'s ("Defendant" or "P.E. O'Hair") Motion for Summary Judgment is DENIED. Opposition filed. Reply filed. Defendant's objections to Exhibit A [Declaration of Plaintiff John Shannon, dated August 28, 2025], in its entirety is OVERRULED.
