Defendant Sophia M. Nguyen's unopposed Motion To Quash Service Of Summons is OFF CALENDAR. On November 24, 2025, the clerk entered a dismissal without prejudice of the entire action of all parties and all causes of action. Thus, the instant motion, which challenges Plaintiff's purported service of the now-dismissed complaint, is now moot and, therefore, ordered off calendar.
