Set for Law and Motion/Discovery Calendar on Friday, December 05, 2025, Line 1. Plaintiff DTG Operations Inc.'s unopposed Motion To Amend Judgment And Request To Enter Renewal Of Judgment Originally Filed On December 30, 2022, is DENIED.

Plaintiff has not demonstrated that its motion to renew the judgment is timely. (See Code of Civil Procedure sections 683.020 [judgment generally enforceable for a period of ten years following entry]; 683.120 [judgment creditor may renew judgment]; 683.130 [application for renewal must be filed before expiration of 10-year period].)

Here, the clerk entered judgment on January 4, 2013. Plaintiff/judgment-creditor attempted to file a request for renewal on December 30, 2022, but the filing was rejected. At no point before January 4, 2023. did Plaintiff actually file a request for renewal. The instant request is untimely. The court will not treat this motion as a motion filed December 30, 2022, or as an extension of a motion filed in December 2022-three years ago. Plaintiffs statement that it was unaware its December 2022 request for renewal was originally rejected does not change the analysis.
