Procedural History 17 1) Sergio Hernandez Flores (Father) and Judith Yessenia Miranda (Mother) have one minor child 18 together, Reina (DOB 6/14/2022, age 3). 19 2) On 2/17/2026, the Court ordered that Mother shall have temporary sole legal and sole physical 20 custody of Reina, with parenting time for Father beginning 2/19/2026 as follows: (1) Every 21 Tuesday and Thursday at 3pm, Father shall pick up Reina at daycare and spend time with her 22 locally until 5pm, when the parties will exchange the child at the daycare; and (2) Every Saturday 23 from 10am to 4pm, with exchanges curbside at Mother’s home.
The Court set a review hearing 24 for 5/14/2026 at 9am in Department 404 and ordered the parties to file and serve update 25 declarations at least 10 days before the 5/14/2026 hearing. 26 3) Neither party filed an update declaration. 27 B. Findings and Orders 28 1) This Court has jurisdiction to make child custody orders in this case under the Uniform Child 29 Custody Jurisdiction and Enforcement Act. A violation of this order may subject the party in
1 violation to civil or criminal penalties, or both. The country of habitual residence of the minor 2 child is the United States. 3 2) The Court will maintain the current order for temporary sole legal and sole physical custody to 4 Mother, with parenting time for Father as set forth in the Findings and Order After Hearing from 5 the 2/17/2026 hearing, filed 2/18/2026. 6 3) If either party wishes to change the current custody or parenting time order, they may file a new 7 request for order. 8 4) The Court will prepare the Findings and Order After Hearing. 9
