LUNA) 11) 12 OTHER REVIEW HEARING 13 TENTATIVE RULING 14 Having read and considered the pleadings, declarations, and other evidence submitted in this matter, the 15 Court makes the following findings and orders: 16 A. Procedural History 17 1) The matter was before this Court on December 9, 2025. On that date the Court made the 18 following orders: 19 a.
The DVRO filed 07/21/23 shall be amended to remove minor child, Amishai Chable 20 Jiminez as a protected party. 21 b. Commencing Saturday, December 13, 2025, from Noon-2:00 p.m., Amishai shall have 22 unsupervised visits with Respondent, Pedro Chable. 23 c. The Respondent shall choose an individual therapist for the weekly therapy for the minor 24 child, Issac Chable Jimenez. The Petitioner shall transport Issac to his weekly individual 25 therapy, which shall commence forthwith. Amishai shall continue with her induvial 26 therapy with her Kaiser therapist. 27 d.
The previously ordered 2-hour weekly weekend supervised visits through Bridging 28 Families between the Respondent and Issac shall remain a court order. 29
1 e. The previously ordered weekly Family Therapy with Dr. Timothy Englemann with both 2 children and the Respondent shall remain a court order. 3 f. The Petitioner shall be cooperative with the therapies and visitations. If Petitioner causes 4 any further delays in the therapies or visits or both, the court will order consequences to 5 Petitioner in the children’s best interests. In the event mother remains uncooperative, 6 father may file an ex parte application for emergency orders. 7 g. Matter continued to February 3, 2026 at 9:00 a.m., for review of therapies and visits. 8 2) At the prior February 3, 2026 hearing, the Court issued the following additional orders: 9 a.
The matter is continued to April 16, 2026 for review of further progress and step ups in 10 Father’s visitation time and Mother’s lack of cooperation. 11 b. Mr. Sheets shall continue as Minor’s Counsel. 12 c. All other orders shall remain in full force and effect. 13 3) As of April 10, 2026, the Court has not received any update declarations from either parent or 14 from minor’s counsel. 15 B. Findings and Order 16 1) This Court has jurisdiction to make child custody orders in this case under the Uniform Child 17 Custody Jurisdiction and Enforcement Act.
A violation of this order may subject the party in 18 violation to civil or criminal penalties, or both. The country of habitual residence of the minor 19 child(ren) is the United States. 20 2) All existing orders shall remain in full force and effect as no additional information was 21 submitted to the Court. 22 3) Should either party seek modification of the existing orders, they shall file and serve a new 23 Request for Order. 24 4) The order appointing minor’s counsel, Ryan Sheets, is hereby terminated. 25 5) The Court will prepare the Findings and Order After Hearing. 26
