Defendants Estee Lauder, Inc.; The Estee Lauder Companies, Inc.; Bobbi Brown; and M.A.C. Cosmetics, Inc.'s Ex Parte Application for an order shortening time to hear their applications for order granting pro hac vice admission of Tiffany Penner ("Applicant") are GRANTED and the hearings are ADVANCED to Friday, August 14, 2026 at 9:30 a.m.

The Applications for Admission do not substantially comply with the requirements of CRC Rule 9.40 because the Verification to the Application is not signed (Lewis Decl. Exh. A) and no evidence is submitted that the State Bar of California was notified of the applications.

Three other applications on behalf of Ms. Penner (by Defendants Clinique Laboratories LLC, Gabrielle Studio, and Donna Karan) had not been filed as of the time of this tentative ruling.

The Hearing on Motion to be Admitted Pro Hac Vice CRS# 838556871166 scheduled for 11/04/2026, the Hearing on Motion to be Admitted Pro Hac Vice CRS# 268057837585 scheduled for 11/04/2026, the Hearing on Motion to be Admitted Pro Hac Vice CRS# 653147884307 scheduled for 11/04/2026, and the Hearing on Motion to be Admitted Pro Hac Vice CRS# 589201995385 scheduled for 11/04/2026 are continued to 08/14/2026 at 09:30 AM in Department 18 at Rene C. Davidson Courthouse.

Defendants Estee Lauder et al.'s counsel must forthwith serve a copy of this order on all counsel of record and self-represented parties. The Court orders counsel to obtain a copy of this order from the eCourt portal.
