Plaintiff Jonathan Sydnor's unopposed Motion For Dismissal Of Class Action Allegations Against Tenderloin Housing Clinic Inc. Without Prejudice Pursuant To CRC 3.770 is GRANTED. Good cause appearing and consistent with California Rules of Court, rule 3.770, the court orders Plaintiff may dismiss the class allegations and claims against Defendant Tenderloin Housing Clinic, Inc. without prejudice. The record demonstrates that dismissal will not prejudice class members, thus no notice to the class is required. Plaintiff must file a request for dismissal on the Judicial Council form and should include a copy of this order with that submission. Plaintiff is ordered to prepare a proposed order consistent with the above and email it to contestdept302tr@sftc.org prior to the time set for hearing.
