PLAINTIFF Motion for Terminating Sanctions Against Defendant Cedric M. Fall is continued to August 13, 2026 for Plaintiff to provide courtesy copies of the moving papers that comply with CRC 3.1110(f)(3), i.e., by including exhibit tabs, no later than August 7, 2026, with a cover letter reflecting the new hearing date.
The Court notes that this is at least the third time Plaintiff's counsel has been directed to comply with CRC 3.1110(f)(3), having been previously admonished to comply with this rule in case nos. CUD-26-682090 and CUD-26-682100. Any further failure by Plaintiff's counsel to provide compliant courtesy copies will result in the corresponding motion being taken off calendar.=(501/CFH)
