COMPLEX DETERMINATION HEARING

The Court has determined based on a review of the case that this action is not complex within the meaning of the California Rules of Court, rule 3.400. The case will be reassigned to a Civil Direct Calendar Department.

Counsel for Plaintiff to give notice to all parties.
