The December 7, 2026, trial date and related orders are maintained.

The Court orders an Order to Show Cause why the Court should not issue sanctions in the amount of $2,000 against the defendant Sharp Medical Staffing, LLC for failure to cooperate with filing a joint case management conference statement and failing to file any case management conference statement. The OSC will be heard on November 16, 2026 at 2:30 pm. Any response to this OSC, including any declarations, must be filed 10 days in advance.

A mandatory settlement conference date will be scheduled by the Court clerk to be held before the trial date.

FURTHER CONFERENCE A Case Management Conference is scheduled for 10/12/2026 at 02:30 PM in Department 21.

The parties are Ordered to file a joint updated case management conference statement on pleading paper at least 7 days before the next case management conference.
