Request for Order – Attorney’s Fees
This matter is before the Court on Respondent/Wife’s June 4, 2026 Request for Order (RFO) requesting attorney fees to prepare for trial and modification of allocation of child support addon costs.
As of July 24, 2026, there is no proof of service on file for the RFO on calendar. Presumably for this reason, Petitioner/Husband has not filed a response.
The parties are set for a long cause trial beginning August 26, 2026. The matter is continued to August 26, 2026 at 9 a.m. in Department G. No tentative ruling will issue.
Counsel for Wife shall prepare the formal Findings and Order After Hearing.
