9. CU0001994 Peter Baga vs. Clifford Christopher Webb, et al. Appearances are required. Plaintiff shall show cause why he should not be sanctioned for failing to appear as ordered on December 15, 2025. Moreover, Plaintiff shall explain why the summons and complaint apparently have not been served on defendant Webb.
