Motion for Order Setting Aside & Vacating Dismissal & for Entry of Judgment

The unopposed motion by plaintiff Onemain Financial Group, LLC pursuant to Code of Civil Procedure section 664.6 to set aside and vacate the dismissal entered on February 15, 2023, and for entry of judgment against defendant Alejandro Gabriel Perez pursuant to the terms of the Stipulation for Entry of Judgment filed on February 3, 2023, is GRANTED. Based on the evidence submitted by the moving party, the Court finds that Defendant did not comply with the terms of the settlement agreement. Plaintiff shall have judgment against Defendant in the total amount of $3,589.76, inclusive of costs.

The Court will sign the proposed order and proposed judgment submitted by Plaintiff with the moving papers. Plaintiff shall provide Defendant with written notice of the judgment.
