§ 703.001 — DEFINITIONS

In this chapter:

(1)"Citation" and "motorist" have the meanings assigned by Article II, Section (b), Nonresident Violator Compact of 1977.

(2)"Department" and "licensing authority" mean the Department of Public Safety.
