View on source(a)In addition to other methods authorized by law, an authority may acquire or be provided equipment or refueling facilities by an arrangement, including a gift or a loan, under a service contract for the supply of compressed natural gas or other alternative fuel.
(b)If an authority acquires or is provided equipment or facilities as authorized by Subsection (a), the supplier is entitled, under the supply contract, to recover the cost of giving, loaning, or providing the equipment or facilities through the fuel charges.
