If, before implementing Section 457.151, the Texas Workforce Commission determines that a waiver or authorization from a federal agency is necessary for implementation, the workforce commission shall request the waiver or authorization, and the workforce commission and an authority may delay implementing Section 457.151 until the waiver or authorization is granted.
