§ 452.405 — RATE DECREASE: SALES AND USE TAX

(a)The executive committee by order may direct the comptroller to collect the authority's sales and use tax at a rate that is lower than the rate approved by the voters at the confirmation election.

(b)The executive committee must file a certified copy of the order with the comptroller.
