§ 451.060 — AGREEMENT WITH UTILITIES, CARRIERS

An authority may agree with any other public or private utility, communication system, common carrier, or transportation system for:

(1)the joint use of the property of the agreeing entities in the authority; or

(2)the establishment of through routes, joint fares, or transfers of passengers.
