Money the commission receives under this chapter shall be deposited to the credit of the state highway fund. The commission shall use money in the state highway fund to administer this chapter and Chapter 394. Added by Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 165, Sec. 30.21, eff. Sept. 1, 1997. Amended by:
