View on source(a)An authority by order may designate a turnpike project or a portion of a project as a controlled-access toll road.
(b)An authority by order may:
(1)prohibit the use of or access to or from a turnpike project by a motor vehicle, bicycle, another classification or type of vehicle, or a pedestrian;
(2)deny access to or from:
(A)a turnpike project;
(B)real property adjacent to a turnpike project; or
