(a)A municipality that has acquired a toll bridge under this subchapter may issue and deliver revenue bonds or revenue time warrants:

(1)to repair, improve, alter, reconstruct, or replace the bridge;

(2)to build an additional bridge; or

(3)for one or more of those purposes.

(b)The municipality shall issue the bonds or warrants:

(1)in the manner prescribed by this subchapter; and
