§ 365.036 — REFUNDING BONDS

(a)A district may issue refunding bonds to refund its bonds under this chapter as provided by Chapter 1371, Government Code, and Chapter 441.

(b)Refunding bonds may be payable from taxes, revenues, or a combination of taxes and revenues.
