View on source(a)Each owner, lienholder, or other interested party is entitled to appear at the hearing in person or by agent and be heard regarding:
(1)the value of the property proposed to be condemned;
(2)the damages to property not condemned resulting from the improvement;
(3)the legality of the proceedings; or
(4)any right of the owner or other party.
(b)An objection must be in writing and filed with the commission.
