§ 173.358 — DUTY OF COMPTROLLER

TN § 173.358Title 5. RAILROADS · Part I. SPECIAL DISTRICTS · Ch. 173. INTERMUNICIPAL COMMUTER RAIL DISTRICTS · Art. H. SALES AND USE TAXES

The comptroller shall:

(1)administer, collect, and enforce a tax imposed under this chapter; and

(2)remit to a district the tax collected on the district's property.
