The land office may consult with the State Preservation Board in the performance of duties under this subchapter. On request of the land office, the State Preservation Board shall assist the land office with the land office's duties relating to the Alamo complex. Added by Acts 2011, 82nd Leg., R.S., Ch. 1046 (H.B. 3726), Sec. 2, eff. September 1, 2011. Repealed by Acts 2025, 89th Leg., R.S., Ch. 1159 (S.B. 3059), Sec. 14(4), eff. September 1, 2027.
