§ 134.127 — ADJUSTMENT OF AMOUNT OF BOND OR DEPOSIT

The commission periodically shall adjust the amount of the bond or deposit required and the terms of each acceptance of the applicant's bond to reflect changes in:

(1)the acreage affected; or

(2)the cost of future reclamation.
