View on sourceA person who knowingly makes a false statement, representation, or certification or who knowingly fails to make a statement, representation, or certification in an application, record, report, plan, or other document filed or required to be maintained under this chapter, on conviction by a district court, is punishable by a criminal penalty of not more than $10,000 or by imprisonment for not more than one year or by both.
