View on source(a)The commission shall develop rules that adopt appropriate procedures for identifying and designating land in this state as unsuitable for all or certain types of surface mining in accordance with Sections 131.036 through 131.041 of this code.
(b)The rules shall be in sufficient detail to provide reasonable notice to prospective operators of areas that might be designated as unsuitable for surface mining.
