View on source(a)After completing a citrus fruit inspection the inspector shall issue to the shipper a certificate of inspection that designates the grade of the citrus fruit inspected.
(b)A certificate of inspection issued under this section is prima facie evidence of the grade of the citrus fruit as of the time of inspection.
