§ 51.020 — FORMS

AG § 51.020Title 4. AGRICULTURAL ORGANIZATIONS · Ch. 51. FARMERS' COOPERATIVE SOCIETIES

(a)The attorney general shall prepare and file with the secretary of state forms for the following documents of a society:

(1)articles of incorporation;

(2)amendments of the articles;

(3)bylaws;

(4)rules of the society;

(5)annual reports of the society to its members;
