§ 203.016 — CONSULTATION

The State Soil and Water Conservation Board shall consult with:

(1)the Texas Water Development Board in regard to the effects of the water supply enhancement program on water quantity;

(2)the department in regard to the effects of the water supply enhancement program on agriculture; and

(3)the Parks and Wildlife Department in regard to the effects of the water supply enhancement program on fish and wildlife. Added by Acts 1985, 69th Leg., ch. 655, Sec. 1, eff. Aug. 26, 1985.
