View on source(a)The commission shall analyze, on a statewide and regional basis, violations of this subtitle. The commission shall consider:
(1)violation types and disposition;
(2)persons who are repeat offenders; and
(3)persons who commit the most serious offenses.
(b)The commission shall use the analysis under Subsection (a) to compare enforcement practices across each region and determine:
(1)training needs;
