§ 13.457 — APPLICATION FOR LICENSE

AG § 13.457Title 2. DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE · Ch. 13. WEIGHTS AND MEASURES · Art. I. LICENSING OF SERVICE TECHNICIANS AND SERVICE COMPANIES

An applicant for a license under this subchapter must submit to the department:

(1)an application form prescribed by the department;

(2)any other documents required by the department; and

(3)a fee in an amount set by the department.
