§ 5770

WIC § 5770 Effective Jun 27, 2012Div. 5 · Part 2 · Ch. 4

Statute text

Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the State Department of Health Care Services may directly, or by contract, with any public or private agency, provide any of the services under this division when the state determines that the services are necessary to protect the public health, safety, or welfare.
