§ 4850.2

WIC § 4850.2 Effective Jan 1, 2004Div. 4.5 · Ch. 13

(a)Except as otherwise specifically provided, this chapter shall only apply to those habilitation services purchased by the regional centers.

(b)Nothing in this section shall be construed to abridge the rights stated in Section 4502.
