§ 4752

Statute text

The department shall prepare by July 1, 1978, a plan for using the method to obtain and report statewide information on program effectiveness. The plan shall include:

(a)A description of any sampling procedures to be used.

(b)Methods for obtaining and analyzing information about the type and amount of service provided to obtain program results.
