View on leginfo.ca.gov(a)The State Department of Public Health shall establish a grant program to reduce fentanyl overdoses and use throughout the state. Six one-time grants shall be made; two in northern California, two in the central valley, and two in southern California.
(b)Grant moneys may be used for any of the following purposes:
(1)Education programs in local schools.
