§ 14702

WIC § 14702 Effective Jun 27, 2012Div. 9 · Part 3 · Ch. 8.9

For purposes of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply:

(a)“Department” means the State Department of Health Care Services.

(b)“Director” means the Director of Health Care Services.
