§ 14169.41

(a)This article shall remain operative only until the later of the following:

(1)January 1, 2015.

(2)The date of the last payment of the quality assurance fee payments pursuant to this article.

(1)) and 14169.40, or on date prescribed in this section. Repealed on or after January 1, 2015, by its own provisions. Note: Termination provisions affect Article 5.229, commencing with Section 14169.31.
