§ 14105.425

WIC § 14105.425 Effective Jul 7, 2000Div. 9 · Part 3 · Ch. 7 · Art. 3

Statute text

The provisions of Sections 14105.4 to 14105.41, inclusive, and Section 14105.65 shall not preclude the department from taking emergency regulatory action as it deems appropriate. This section shall become operative on January 1, 1997.
