§ 14094.65

Statute text

This article shall not be construed to exclude or restrict the specialty of neonatology from reimbursement under the California Children’s Services (CCS) program, subject to the program’s existing or applicable prior authorization requirements or utilization review. Neonatology shall be included in the CCS program.
