§ 14087.29

Statute text

Hospitals or groups of hospitals with which a contract has been entered into pursuant to this article shall be exempt from the provisions of Chapter 2.2 (commencing with Section 1340) of Division 2 of the Health and Safety Code for purposes of carrying out the contracts.
